Calendly
Automated Scheduling Platform
What is Calendly?
Calendly is a scheduling automation platform that helps individuals and teams easily book meetings without the back-and-forth of emails.
Calendly lets you share your availability via a booking link or embed it on your website. Others can pick a time that works for them, and Calendly automatically syncs it with your connected calendar (e.g., Google Calendar, Outlook, iCloud, or Office 365).
How It Works
Set your availability — define your working hours and meeting durations.
Share your link — send it via email, message, or embed it online.
Guests pick a slot — Calendly handles time zones and avoids double-booking.
Calendar syncs automatically — all participants receive calendar invites and reminders.
